Pillow Safe Havens Competition – Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.
Entry
  1. The monthly prize draw promotion will open at 00:00 on Monday 1st Jan 2023 and close 23:59 on 31st of December 2023. Prize draws will refresh each month and entry for the competitions starts at midnight on the 1st of each calendar month, ending 2359 on the last day of each calendar month.
  2. To enter you must provide your details on the dedicated web page. Competition information will be provided on our website and social media.
  3.  Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information that we may collect about you by entering a competition prize draw.
  4. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
  5. Prize draws and it’s entrants will refresh each month. You must enter the relevant social media posts.
Winner Selection
  1. The winner will be chosen at random from the full list of valid entries
  2. The winner of the prize draw will be notified via the email provided on sign-up within 72 hours of the closing date.
  3. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize
  1. There will be one prize winner per month who will win a 1-3 night stay in a property chosen by us on an available date off-peak.
  2.  Travel to and from the accommodation are not included in the prize.
  3. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and reserve the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.
  4. The prize is subject to Pillow Partners’ terms and conditions.
  5. Pillow Partners reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute any prize with alternative dates/ property at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
  6. Pillow Partners reserves the right to amend or cancel the stay for any reason without prior notice.
  7. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the competition winner along with any accompanying guest(s) notified to Pillow Partners in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of guests specified within the prize details. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
  8. The prize duration may not be extended and the hotel may not be changed by the winner. 
General
  1. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Pillow Partners privacy policy
  2. Where Pillow makes any changes to the holiday or dates of travel, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available.
  3. A security deposit of £150 must be paid, and any damages made must be paid in full by the competition winner.
